Fiscal representative in Switzerland
Are you looking for a competent and customer-oriented fiscal representative? Well, you've come to the right address!
As of 1 January 2018, tax liability in Switzerland will be based on worldwide sales. All companies providing services in Switzerland which have sales totaling at least CHF 100,000 per year in Switzerland and abroad will be compulsorily liable to pay value added tax in Switzerland.
Example: a workman from Germany providing painting services in Switzerland must ensure that he is entered in the register of taxable persons liable to pay VAT as of his very first Swiss franc of turnover if his taxable sales worldwide are in excess of CHF 100,000. In this case, he must designate a fiscal representative who is based in Switzerland, issue his bills with 7.7% VAT, and pay VAT to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.
We are able to offer you the following services:
- Clarification of value added tax liability in Switzerland
- Registration with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration
- Quarterly compilation of value added tax returns
- Annual compilation of the statutory VAT reconciliation
- Prompt information on changes in Swiss value added tax and/or accounting
- Advice on value added tax in the case of complex business transactions
You decide which services you wish to benefit from. It is thus perfectly possible for you to do your own accounting (separate accounts) and send us the documents that are required to compile your value added tax return every quarter.
